The University Career Center’s Pathway to Professionalism digital badge program aims to develop career readiness and professional navigation skills. The program covers NACE career competencies and life design, networking, and job-ready skills through coaching and training.

Getting Started

  • Fill out the Enrollment Form today.
  • Login to your eLearning account.
  • Find “Pathway to Professionalism” under your Organizations on eLearning.
  • Click the Star icon to save Pathway to Professionalism to Favorites for easy access.
  • Complete the modules and reflection forms to earn your badge.

Early Career Fair Access and Exclusive Completion Event

You have the opportunity to gain early access to one day of the All Majors Job & Internship Fair from February 11-12th! Follow these steps:

  1. Enroll by January 31st.
  2. Complete 1 (one) module by February 7th (see details below).
  3. Check your email the day before the fair for early access instructions.

Note: You may choose between completing the Career Resource Library Reading + Reflection OR the Online Learning + Reflection by February 7th in order to gain early access to 1 (one) day of the All Majors Job & Internship Fair from February 11-12th.

Complete the Pathway to Professionalism badge to unlock an exclusive celebration and development event at the end of the semester.
